Position: Financial Advisor Administrator – Straight Forward Wealth Management

OverView 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Advisor Administrator. The candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial advisors and insurance agents, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our business.  This person will be a self-motivated, driven part of something much larger than ourselves.

Responsibilities 

Responsibilities:
  • Manage client files and database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
  • Make outgoing calls to existing clients and new prospects, and initial and follow-up calls for leads and prospects.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, prepare meeting materials and take minutes as needed
  • Process new business applications, including completing required forms and obtaining required signatures
  • Prepare and distribute client communications and reports, such as performance reviews and account statements
  • Respond to client inquiries, including resolving customer service issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and proposals for clients
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and other duties as assigned
  • Follow-up and proactive calling to prospects, leads, referrals, clients, etc.  Essentially you will be part of the new client sales team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Ability to adapt to new Compliance requirements including new and upgraded software systems and programs
